It took me about 80 hours to create the original reversible blanket and pattern as I went. The original blanket is 44" x 58" (including the envelope border which adds about 3 inches to height and to length) and is pictured with the envelope border option.
The full list of materials I used includes:
G (4.00mm) hook
1900 yards front color (pictured in Big Twist Varsity Blue) *includes yardage for envelope border
1900 yards back color (pictured in Big Twist- Sapphire) *includes yardage for envelope border
