It took me about 120 hours to create the original blanket and pattern as I went. The original blanket is 60" x 60" (without any border) and is pictured with just a quick border to seal in the ends.
The full list of materials I used includes:
G (4.00mm) hook
3000 yds Front color- 4 wt yarn (pictured in Big Twist White) *please note this does not include a full envelope border which takes ~400 yds more
2800 yds Back color- 4 wt yarn (pictured in Big Twist Varsity Dark Blue) *please note this does not include a full envelope border which takes ~400 yds more
